Cream Ale
The Cream Ale I brew is one of the easiest drinking ales. It is clean refreshing and great to kick back after a good day of work.

Nut Brown Ale
This is a straightforward brown recipe that I've brewed variations of several times. I'm listing my favorite as of now, If you swap the hops to centennial and adjust to appropriate IBUs (25-35) and the yeast to US-05, you have flipped it to an American style brown instead of Brittish.

Crushable Citra
This brew is a nice thirst quenching delight of a brew. The oats add a nice mouthfeel with the citra hops giving that nice burst of citrus that fans of that hop love. You can of course, swap the hops, but I'd leave the grain the same.
