Well, today I bottled a batch of cider. It's a common recipe created by a guy name Ed. It's a real simple recipe, that I assembled (not really brewing) right after frying the turkey. All it takes is five gallons of apple cider/juice, no preservatives as that will kill our yeasty friends, two pounds of brown sugar and a packet of montrachet wine yeast. Mix it up in a carboy, put on an air-stopper and away it goes. Easy and very delicious. After bottling let it sit a while. I usually only can wait a week before I start to pillage it! Prost!
